Profile Eoghan

Eoghan completed a Bacholers of Science in Applied Physics in the University of Limerick in 2015.
His PhD project involves the study and manipulation of two dimensional materials, particularly graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides via ion implantation.
Thus far he has presented at several international conferences, including MMC2017, EMC2016 and Graphene Week 2016, and has two published papers, in Ultramicroscopy (DOI:10.1016/j.ultramic.2016.12.011) and 2D Materials (DOI:10.1088/2053-1583/4/1/015007).
His project is funded by the Irish Research Council Government of Ireland Scholarship.
